Tracking of orders can be done through respective courier services. Delivery time depends upon courier companies and unforeseen circumstances. We shall keep you updated about tracking of order.
Although we partner with reputed courier services. No refund would be made if there is delay from courier services beyond stipulated delivery time.
In an unlikely event that we may not ship your order within 7 working days or we may have to cancel your order full refund/ part refund will be made.
If the product delivered to you is in a tampered condition or damaged, the product has to be denied for acceptance. Same can be conveyed to us through calling our customer care with Order number details. You can text or email as well.
No cancellation would be entertained once we ship your order.
Exchange Policy.
Product specifications, size chart, photographs are mentioned where ever possible. If any doubt arises in case of fittings you can ask us by reaching over the phone/ mail before placing an order. We shall be happy to provide you with assistance.
Even though the product has fitting issues we will exchange the same product with correct size. We will not exchange the product apart from size issues.
Product Exchange form must be duly filled while exchanging within 3 days after receiving the product. If you are not able to connect and fill the form you can reach us by contacting customer care or by email. We won’t entertain any returns if intimation is not done within 3 days.
We won’t entertain exchanges if sent back without intimating our customer care or by email.
For returns – the product should be having all the tags, labels with all accessories. Soiled products or products soiled while trails would not be exchanged. Products with stains of cosmetics shall not be returned. While trying out, pricking of threads may happen because of necklaces, long ear-rings or chains. In this case no exchange would be made
If any of the above is found after receiving the product, shipping charges will be applied for returning you the product.
Exchange request made with wrongful intention or any personal unnecessary reasons about dislike will not be entertained strictly.
To avoid Exchanges, please place your order after going through the product specifications. We shall be more than happy to assist you with correct product and avoid our precious time in returns and exchanges.
